KIDS MMA (3-15YRS OLD)

Our Programs are designed to bring the old and the new ways of martial arts together, while incorporating personal growth and development through the physical, mental, and philosophical elements of martial arts training. Our kids mixed martial arts program teaches old school traditional values of life: Respect, Courtesy, Discipline. We teach kids how to stand up for themselves against bullies, make good choices, and become leaders. They will learn: Striking/Defense - Self-Defense (grabs) - Wrestling (take downs) - Ground fighting (submissions) EVERY KID SHOULD LEARN GROUND FIGHTING. Training in our program helps to instill character and confidence. We use the martial arts to encourage personal growth and character development in both kids and adults.

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

(5yrs Old & up)

In our Brazilian program, children will engage in a structured and organized environment that emphasizes the development of focus and discipline, self- defense without striking.

Through a combination of physical and mental exercises, kids will learn how to set goals, work towards them, and experience the satisfaction of achievement.

The skills acquired in our classes will not only contribute to their success in martial arts but also in other aspects of their lives, such as academics and personal relationships.

Nurturing Your Child's Growth Through Martial Arts

Our martial arts program, tailored for children aged 5-12, offers a unique opportunity to develop essential life skills while staying active and engaged. With a focus on discipline, respect, and confidence-building, parents can trust that their child's growth is nurtured in a positive and supportive environment. Teen & Adult MMA

(15 & up)

This program is for teens and adults who want to train like a Mixed Martial Artist; Three days a week, students are trained in the arts of Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Boxing, Wrestling and BJJ. This is an excellent way to get in shape, have fun, release stress and work up a sweat! Train like a fighter without having to fight! Beginner friendly classes.

Teen & Adult BJJ(15 &up)

Adult Ground Fighting - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (or BJJ) focuses on the art of submissions and ground fighting - there is no striking involved. Beginners are wanted and welcome.

It's no wonder that BJJ has become so popular; not only is it a beautiful and enjoyable art form, but it has emerged as arguably the most important fighting style to understand, as its effectiveness is proven over and over when displayed at the highest of levels.

BJJ is super fun, and a great way to get in shape, make new friends and build lasting relationships. This is for EVERYONE. Men, women, kids, young, old; it doesn’t matter!

Kickboxing Fitness

(15 & up)

​New Journey's Kickboxing class is geared towards improving physical fitness and weight loss through martial arts related movements and concepts. Getting in shape, having fun, breaking a sweat and smiling is what we strive for! In addition to improving cardio and strength, students will learn how to defend themselves. It's so much more than cardio kickboxing! Burning at least 1500 calories per class, this program is great for teens and adults that just want to exercise and have fun, while learning a thing or 2 along the way.
