Installment Payment Method / Authorization for Payment

The Buyer hereby authorizes the company or its agents and/or assigns to electronically deduct/process on or after the due date for each consecutive billing cycle tuition payments directly from the following bank or credit/debit card accounts according to the terms of this agreement and to resubmit returned/declined items without prior notice. This payment information will be used to collect any balances past due according to the terms.

CONSUMER RIGHT TO CANCELLATION

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT IF UPON A MEDICAL DOCTOR ORDERS,

YOU CANNOT PHYSICALLY RECEIVE THE SERVICES DUE TO A PERMANENT DISABILITY.

I/WE UNDERSTAND THAT UPON ITS' EXECUTION IT IS A LEGALLY BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE AGREEMENT. I/WE AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. I/WE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I/WE HAVE RECEIVED A FULLY EXECUTED COPY OR LINK OF THIS AGREEMENT.

🌟TERMS AND CONDITIONS

🌟1) By submitting first month payment, a non-refundable payment for first your month, buyer is committing to an ongoing membership. Buyer understands that they are obligated for the payments of their membership and any cancellation fees associated with terminating membership prior to the required term.

🌟2) All memberships are paid in advance of service sale date on a1st or 15th the month payment schedule through automatic electronic payment. There is a $10 fee for every 5 days late payment.

🌟3) There are no refunds for membership fees after signing up. Failure to attend does not institute credit, refunds or cancellation.

🌟4) CANCELLATION: Buyer Understands they may cancel at any time after the first 4 months; they need to give 15-30 days' notice via email to: [email protected] AND A CANCELLATION NOTICE NEEDS TO BE COMPELETED. You DID NOT CANCEL if we did not get a cancellation notice. Participant is responsible for any payments due between cancellation notice and termination date.

🌟New Journey MMA reserves the right to ask for full, half or partial payments if cancelling before their term is up.

🌟HOLDS: WE DO NOT HOLD OR PAUSE MEMBERSHIPS.

WE GIVE CREDITS FOR TIME MISSED

THAT CAN BEUSED MANY DIFFERENT FORMS.

🌟5) TERMS & CONDITIONS: New Journey MMA reserves the right to alter the days and/or hours of operation, the curriculum and the number of classes the student is entitled to attend, if deemed necessary. New Journey MMA does not guarantee that your child will reach a certain level of competence within any specific time frame and that students' obtaining a certain defined level of competence may be either delayed or accelerated due to changes in the curriculum or as deemed necessary by New Journey MMA. Buyer agrees unconditionally to pay the above tuition without regard to the attendance made or classes missed.
